Unum insurance company is committing the same claims denial crimes at the same time MetLife is, even after Unum and MetLife have received multiple Non Prosecution agreements for illegal kickbacks to promote the sales of these policies !!
On November 18th 2004 Unum Provident Insurance Company was involved in a highly publicized settlement with 48 states regarding their inappropriate claims handling practices.

What is much less clear is why the reviewer chose to believe four doctors who had never seen plaintiff and disbelieve the independent functional capacity evaluator it had retained and who had observed plaintiff closely as she tested him. It is no more clear why Dr. Sternbergh would ask for a functional capacity evaluation and then conclude from it that plaintiff could tolerate standing all day, when the evaluator had reached a different opinion."

Three Judges’ Prove Lawyers Lying In Court To Deny Very Sick Patients Claims
Adding to the proof of being treasonous enemies of the U.S., the private law firms paid by MetLife’s fiduciaries have lied in multiple federal courts even though MetLife is required to act with care, skill, diligence and prudence solely for the participant.

U.S. Judge Writes MetLife Trained Agents To Ignore Evidence
In the case of Solomon v. Metlife, Judge Robert Sweet wrote that Metlife trained appeals specialists to ignore evidence from the Social Security Administration (SSA). Here’s one quote from Judge Sweet :
"In addition, as in Glenn, MetLife urged plaintiff to apply for government benefits, but then disregarded the SSA’s grant of benefits. Indeed the appeals specialist assigned to decide Solomon’s appeal stated that she had been trained by MetLife to disregard SSA decisions and that the decision was only relevant if MetLife was paying benefits and could use it for an offset.”

While MetLife ignores evidence in the disability cases just mentioned, quotes from three U.S. Court of Appeals Judges prove that MetLife “reverse engineered” and fabricated a pre existing condition so they could deny Long Term Care to a very sick man.
This proves complex fraud because fabricating conditions is the exact opposite of Metlife's ignoring conditions to deny disability claims as seen in bullet point one above.

MetLife completely ignored my Long term claims for eye cancer and disability for 6 years. Please remember there have been multiple times MetLife’s violations caused me to be without money for medical treatment and surgery. They continued to ignore the claims even after they read the following quote I filed with the U.S. Court in Nashville :
"the Plaintiff who has had cancer removed from his eye and leg and over 200 biopsies plus stitches in 100 places has no money for follow up treatment."

DOL Violates Fiduciary Duties By Failing To Protect Claimants
The Atlanta Regional Director of the DOL EBSA wrote the following quote in a letter she mailed to me after reviewing quotes from numerous U.S. Judges’ that prove MetLife and doctors’ paid by MetLife ignore life threatening medical conditions including Multiple Sclerosis, brain lesions, and cardiac conditions :
“Please be assured that EBSA’s top priority is to protect the benefits of participants and to make sure that providers of those benefits obey the law.”

On January 26, 2011 Department of Labor Director of Participant Response Ms. Sharon Watson sent a letter from Washington saying :
“As we previously indicated, we take the allegations you have made that MetLife has engaged in a pattern of fraudulent activities regarding your claim and other participants’ claims very seriously and have taken the information under advisement.”
Ms. Watson closed by saying :
“At this time, there is nothing more EBSA can do for you regarding your claim.”
It took me four years to get the DOL to even acknowledge and respond to the evidence I submitted.
They responded when I placed a video on YouTube where the DOL agent repeatedly said “We can’t go against MetLife”.
Here is the DOL EBSA Statement of Purpose seen on their website:
“Under ERISA, the Secretary of Labor is responsible for protecting the rights and financial security of more that 150 million employee benefit plan participants and beneficiaries and for assuring the integrity and effective management of the private pension and welfare benefit system.”
In spite of this responsibility the DOL and DOJ have done absolutely nothing after four years of my repeated requests to have them stop insurance companies and the doctor’s they pay from ignoring life threatening medical conditions of very sick patients !!
At the same time MetLife, Unum, Prudential and AIG insurance have all rigged bids to increase their sales of these exact Health and/or Workers Comp policies !! No one was prosecuted as seen later !!
MetLife has just had two more doctors who indicated they read the reports from my psychologist, and then they completely ignored medical evidence including my extensive records of falls and accidents that have occurred since I developed eye cancer.
MetLife did this after signing its third Non Prosecution agreement regarding the sales of the exact type of policy that I have. In the agreement the DOJ wrote :
“all MetLife employees to comply with all laws rules and regulations affecting MetLife’s business and its conduct in business affairs.”
"MetLife shall (A) commit no crimes whatsoever"
MetLife has received three non prosecution agreements for committing the same crimes in the sales of the policies, and just like Metlife. The Department of Justice wrote this in the lengthy Non Prosecution agreement that is seen at :
“It is further understood that MetLife has offered and made restitutionary payments to group policy holders”
I am very concerned that the Department of Justice and Department of Labor may be engaged in a treasonous adhering to enemies as mentioned in U.S. Title 18 § 2381. Treason
They provide restitution for the businesses that bought the policies, but they will do nothing for the very sick and dying claimants who are having their lives destroyed by MetLife and other insurance companies like mine and so many more have been !!
The DOJ wrote that they agreed to the Non Prosecution because of :
“cooperation with the DOL, IRS, FBI and USPIS in uncovering related fraudulent conduct; substantial and continuing remedial efforts, including the company’s agreement to maintain a set of internal controls, including comprehensive compliance standards and procedures”
Nothing can be further from the truth and the DOL and DOJ will do nothing to stop them !!
The DOL knows that claims delays cause stress to claimants !!
Department of Labor Chief of Policy Miranda Chiu and Loyola Law School wrote this in a booklet about Post Traumatic Stress Disorder patients like me :
“Delayed claim decisions add to the stress and anxiety of the claimants”
So the Department of Labor is very aware but they don’t care !! Additionally, I assert the stress is life threatening when they completely ignore your claim while you have no money for medical, and food and housing and beg them for help !!
MetLife’s new disability sales brochure shows they are very aware of the “devastating” problems disabled people have just from their disability alone !!
The title of Metlife’s Brochure is :

Here’s a quote from MetLife, :
“75% or more of survey respondents said their accident or illness had devastating or major effects on their lifestyles, as well as on their confidence and their emotional well-being. So MetLife uses the devastation caused by the disability alone as a sales tool, while MetLife is aware that the quotes from numerous Judges and my Psychologist have proven MetLife’s claims procedure violations are endangering many lives, and the DOL/DOJ will do nothing !!

I have had a melanoma cancer burned from my eye and another one removed from my leg, a deep tissue cancer removed from my neck this March, and cancers keep reappearing at an alarming rate.
I am absolutely certain the stress that has been caused and continues to be caused by Metlife’s repeated violations in my case and my failure to get the DOL and DOJ to prevent this from happening to many more very sick patients has been very damaging to my physical health !!
There have been multiple times MetLife’s violations caused me to be without money for medical treatment. Soon I will again have insufficient funds for living and medical treatment because MetLife has just had two more doctors completely ignore medical evidence including my extensive records of falls and accidents that have occurred since I developed eye cancer.
These doctors paid by MetLife did this after they read my Psychologists quotes and letters that prove MetLife knew I often wished I were dead and I had no money for Medical Treatment because they continued to ignore my LTD Disability Claim for eye cancer !!

Metlifes Procedure Analyst Anna Monaco claims to have sent faxes to three of my doctors that I have not seen in the last eight years.
February 6th 2010
was the deadline for my doctor’s to submit comments if they did not agree with the lengthy report that was prepared by Metlife’s consultant Dr. Weber.
Dr Weber never saw me and never spoke to me.
** Please note the deadline for my doctor’s to respond occurred three days before the faxes were even sent to my doctor’s.
My doctor’s were told “if you are not in agreement with the independent consultants opinion, please submit clinical evidence in support of your conclusions.”
Since I had not seen these doctors in the last eight years they had not seen my medical records for the last eight years.
Later I learned that only one of these doctors actually received the fax from Metlife.

** I have had cancer burned from my right eye and surgery on my left eye where the eye was removed from the socket and my brain was exposed internally. About three weeks ago I had a bad fall and was fortunate I did not break any bones. A few days later I opened a door into my forehead and had a bloodly painful cut.
I have sacrificed my life to try to stop the insurance company’s criminal violations from destroying many more lives.
During the exact time of Metlife’s violations my mother has advanced Alzheimer’s and MetLife has two more medical doctors ignoring my medical conditions. They also did this in 2008 while my father died and I needed all my abilities to help him, including while he desperately struggled for breath in his last hours.
The DOL and DOJ have received multiple letters that prove I feel a tremendous responsibility to get them to stop MetLife and the other insurers from destroying thousands more, and their refusal to stop them causes me to have nausea, nightmares like I’m in tornados, and extreme sleep problems. I have had two more tornado nightmares in the last month.
My right eye surgeon Dr. TrentWallace has banned me from calling his office because I simply asked for him to respond to MetLife’s latest report gthey sent to him, or just send them a one sentence letter saying he did not have time. MetLife’s report was written whetre a Non response meant agreement !!!
Wallace always talked to the Doctors’ paid by MetLife the same day they called, but now I am only allowed to communicate with Dr. Wallace through his attorney.
They ignored the following statement :

My left eye is so unstable I think we should reconsider unplugging the right eye because it is causing such distortions in the image I see, and my left eye is already struggling with nystagmus and images that pulse in sync with every heart beat.

The large number of serious falls and accidents that my visual problems have caused me to have since 2001 have not been stopped by the limitations recommended my treating surgeons and Physicians and Metlife’s consultant Ophthalmologists. Some examples are seen in the exhibit titled Falls and Accidents Short List

I am in danger because of quotes that MetLife’s consultants have attributed to you that indicate I have no limitations. These quotes have become a part of my permanent medical records with my treating physicians. There are also profound quotes from your April 2010 letter that MetLife is ignoring. These quotes are seen in the evidence exhibit titled Dr. Yanik wrote that Dr. Wallace said I have no limitations. This exhibit is seen at the end of this email and letter.
Please let me know if there anyone I should see regarding how to live safely; MetLife was supposed to provide me with early intervention and vocational help, and help applying for Social Security, but instead MetLife ignored my disability claim for years.
I believe the limitations I’ve written below are my only hope to help me lessen my falls and accidents.

On Page 7 of Magistrate Judge Bryant’s Order that was filed on 1/25/07 in my civil case. Honorable Judge Bryant has written,
“In particular, plaintiff has already more than sufficiently alleged defendants’ “fraudulent” abuse of prescribed claims procedures, and his citation to criminal provisions of Title 29, United States Code are futile inasmuch as the enforcement of such provisions “is the exclusive prerogative of the Attorney General.” West v. Butler 621 F.2d, 244 ( 6th Cir. 1980)
I have been to the FBI’s office and the U.S. Attorney’s office in Nashville numerous times, and sent thousands of communications asking for help, but no one will lift one finger to help !!
Thousands of lives are being destroyed because of the Obama and Bush administrations refusal to stop these deadly crimes against very sick and dying human beings who file claims in five different types of insurance!!
I pray God will help cause someone to take action to stop these deadly crimes !!
